You have two "all" that's why it's malfunctioning. and to automatically drop unidentified loots, change the number to -1.
Something like this.

all -1

PS: When you say unidentified loots, are you talking about unidentified equipments or loots that is not mentioned in this file?

If you're talking about the first one, then it should be something like this:

Knife [4] -1

If you're talking about the second one,
this would be enough.
