Teleport Skill used but no follow through

I've checked on the recommended documents and posts. I see some people with similar problems but it doesn't seem like they've been solved.

I have a creamy card equiped. I have the bot set to teleport at 4 aggressives, on contact with another player or GM, and if hp is too low or if i get hit with 1500 or more in one hit.

The log says he uses the skill teleport, but based on the log, and my deaths, I don't believe he is actually teleporting, only using the skill. For instance, i was reading the log and it said i was fighting 7 aggros. It then said I teleported, but reported the same amount of aggros, it then continued to say i teleported until it said my hp was below 10%. Based on this i can assume that he is using the skill but not "pressing" enter. When i use fly wings this configuration works fine, but i have this problem with the creamy card.

I haven't altered the timings because as i read the faq on it, it didn't seem like it applied to my problem, and i didnt want to exacerbate it, as it does work partially.
