Botting through proxy

Hello I'm kind of noob to this so i need some help. I want to bot through proxy, meanwhile play with my main account on the same computer. I have some knowledge about proxies and stuff. But i need some heads up about using openkore with proxy. Would any proxy do for this? for instance http://spys.ru/en/, proxies on this page. Can i directly pick a proxy from that list and put it in the config file?

These are for "XKore Proxy", not for a proxy in general.

So how do i bot through proxy?

Edit : i managed to run openkore using SocksCap V2 through a proxy server but how can i make sure that openkore using the proxy server's ip adress connect to the RO server?
