Option to use any heal item available

Is there a way to have the bot use any healing items it picks up if HP goes down below certain threshold? Right now, I have it set in the config.txt to use specific items, but depending on where I go, different mobs drop different healing items (shown as Usable Heal) in kore. I was hoping that there is a way to have the bot use any type of usable heal item when it needs.
