i need help for BG bot

i make battlegrounds bot..my bot run properly...but i have 2 problem...i hope you all can help me....
1.i cant find general guillaume npc for register tierra EOS...i write right coordinate 160 159>general guillaume but my bot cant find the npc...

2.when i enter bat_a02..my bot cant walk and say cant find map bat_a02....

i need you help for resolve my problem..what should i do?
