how to know to right server type? PE viewer doesnt work.

I've been doing my own research on how the new openkore works. I think I got all things figured out but still my bot wont recognize any monster thus it never attacks them. I've read a lot of forums about it and I'm pretty sure it's about the server type. So I tried to use PE Viewer, but it wont read my .exe file. Now I don't know what to do. I tried searching for other versions of PE viewer but I couldn't find any. It's a private server btw. I'm completely stuck on this part. Does anybody know how to fix this? or figure out the right server type. I'm using trunk btw. Thanks!
