I've got a problem regarding autoBreakTime

I set my config as follow

autoBreakTime All {
startTime 17:48
stopTime 07:54
}

My time now is 6:07pm = 18:07 but when i open kore it still do things as normal. From the forum i know that if i open core during break time it should not work. Can anyone help regarding this issue? Thanks in advance.
