Root spells.txt and statusnametable.txt changes break user configurations (they may be tweaked for each server if necessary, but it's not a good idea to change ones in root).
Why are there items.txt and other files again in root tables directory? Even if we decide to re-add them they probably should be links to already existing files.
Added items-<server>, recvpackets-<server> etc files aren't even used. They should go to corresponding server's directory and drop these suffixes where possible anyway (for example, items-pro.txt is now pRO/items.txt and default configuration uses it for pRO server).
EDIT: After that, there was a lot of ambiguous changes for other stuff.

I Revoke madnoh Commit Rights and Forums "Developer"/"Contributor" rights.
In the Future. Developers. Please Update local SVN copy first, and think and recheck at least twice before Commit or .diff Post.
As for madnoh, If you want to make changes, Please post .diff in our forums, so other Developers can review them and Commit.
When You learn how to properly add changes, I'll personally give you "Developer" rights again.
