Set up firewall for mage

How would I go about setting up the firewall skill for a mage. I have searched but have yet to find anything useful, please help a noob out.

Yet none of these would help with Fire Wall. You need something like castBetween plugin (http://bibian.ath.cx/openkore/viewtopic.php?t=7398) for that.
