I did the steps in connectivity guide with the WPE PRO but when the window with the hex codes appears, there is only zeros where should be numbers '-'

Hi guys. Gonna be direct.
I did the steps in connectivity guide with the WPE PRO but when the window with the hex codes appears, there is only zeros where should be numbers '-'
What should i do to get the version and master version ?

Try another tool or m_v 0 :

Everything is okay with this one, there aren't only zeros (so it looks right); zero is a number too.

But after 0 there's a letter e. Are we suppost to ignore the letter?
