Angelus being spammed

Hi, as per the titled, I'm only having problem with angelus. my blessing and increase AGI works fine. I had looked and found that they use timeout, I tried setting it to 300. doesn't work too.

this is what I use

I also tried using it on useSelf instead. same problem
