kore not reconising my chara.

I recently started back RO and i need a linker/priest.
Downloaded the program and its connecting to the server buy it says that the account does not have any characters in it.
Its not recognizing the the already made chara. why is that?
sorry i got through with part, but now i keep getting a packet praser error 0446 and tokenizer error 0856.
How do i fix it?
