Can someone tell me how to EXTRACT the map? I mean the stem one here: http://www.openkore.com/index.php/FLD_Creation_Guide

I can't understand. Where will I exract it? Help.

Extract from .grf file of your server.
To do this, you can use GRF Tools (:

only .gat and .rsw should be extracted to the tool folder inside the fields folder?

Yes.With these, you could extract the .fld, and cut this .fld inside of your fields folder ! (:
