Help with unpacking DreamerRO.exe please.

I'm a noob with this. I need to get rcvepockets.txt for dreamerRO but i cant get any. When i tried extracting with JCV's RO Tools, it says 'Sorry I cant find the offset of the packet length function.
The executable file might be compressed/protected." Tried using kLabMouse's tutorial too, got the extractor.exe but when clicked it just shows lots of numbers, closes and did not made any rcvepockets.txt. I tried using Stripper v2.07 and v207ht. It just says it can't be unpacked. Please help me.
