Based on the idea of llbranco (moderator at the brazilian Open Kore Forum), I decided to continue the old plugin WebMonitor from Kaliwanagan.
I'm making this topic to announce and explain only how it works since I left the source well commented - it's commented in PT-BR and EN.

Description:
The WebMonitor Plugin is just a WEB interface of your BOT. It's possible that you can access your BOT from other places based on this.

Status Tab is very simple. It pretends to show a image of the map and the position of the player but I never was able to do that. If someone wants to try it, you can help here: http://rofan.ru/viewtopic.php?p=44267#p44267
The tab inventory, chat, skills and console are considered full done. I don't see anything else needed there.
Guild tab is only missing the leader options.
Shop gave me a lot of work since it needs to receive and send information from Ragnarok but it ended good. It's only missing the item icon. Skill tab already shows the icons, the items only didn't made it because they're a lot.
NPCs are pretty much done, only would be perfect if it would show an image of the npc.
I didn't made the players.
In all it needs a fix on the accents.
Besides that, in this topic (http://forums.openkore.com/viewtopic.php?f=34&t=17632) , EternalHarvest said what is still needed to be done(this has higher priority).

A big part of this is already n the plugin explaining how it works but here is a small scheme summarizing it.
