Failed To Connect To Account Server.

First, this server is Harmony Shield-ed.
I tried Wireshark to get the info but I get nothing when I filter my Username.

Then I used GRF to get the clientinfo, but I don't know which Master Server to input so I just input the normal one.
But still Failed to Connect To Account Server.

I can't extract revpackets because when I try, it says File Format Not Recognized.
