I saw other botter can use teleport skill 3 but i cant?

I was wondering why my teleport skill 3 wouldn't work and i have to keep using teleport skill 1 it's slow when it cast and i died..

Most likely he was using Fly Wing.

He could be using Fly Wings instead of the teleport skill. Also, you can use both of them at the same time, with fly wing being used in emergencies. The teleportAuto_useSkill 3 bug consists in using the teleport skill without consuming SP or delays, making it the same as using a Fly Wing, but at least in bRO this bug has been fixed for a while now, dunno about iRO. So yes, Fly Wings are actually way faster.

if a bot has a really low ping (im guessing here but around 10ms) it can teleport so fast that you never see it actually using the skill

Worked with ~60ms, you don't see him casting "Teleport!!" anymore, just the flywing effect.

Which area to set? for bot flew away without casting

thats teleport 3 bug is not applicable to all servers. some might have fixed that issue so you can just try and if it doesnt work. retrn to teleport 2.
