Poseidon server don't load

hi all,
when i try open the startRO after placing login and pw, poseidon don't load, appears message "please, wait" and after some seconds appears "is was not possible connect to server". poseidon is with last svn update and don't work. the problem begin today and i don't know what more i can do for solve it. a message appears in prompt:
wanted CharBlockSize : 136
built CharBlockSize : 136

o último update do poseidon na SVN é pra funcionar com o ragexe do dia 19-09-12

é só pegar esse exe e colocar no lugar do poseidon.exe que era usado.
aconselho a fazer um backup desse poseidon.exe

After the yesterday atualization my openkore stoped to work again.. Now it gives me this error:



My SVN is already updated (v. 8196) and im using the poseidon bat from 19-09-2012
