The ip address for the iRO login server is in the tablepack servers.txt file: 128.241.92.162
But if you're having trouble connecting to iRO, the ip is probably not the problem. They changed the login server port to 6800 last September (it used to be 6900).
The easiest way to solve this problem might be to just upgrade your OpenKore, since the latest tablepack has the right ip and port information for iRO.
