still TCIP/IP stack is broken [read this first]

Make sure you're logged in as Administrator, or an administrator account.
Open a DOS command window.
Type the following command and press Enter: netsh int ip reset resetlog.txt

i've tried this many times still TCIPIP stack is broken what will I do to fix that problem can't use my openkore because of that TCP/IP stack is broken problem
