Macro for auto deadbranch

Hey its me again, is there a macro for a bot that will use dead branch for me and kill it to farm items that are hard to find. Ex. Phlogopite and Peridot etc. I can make my bot use dead branch but the problem is with the elements of monsters. how can i make my bot change element/change arrow to hit every monster that i will summon using deadbranch. thanks!
