Wizard Bot for GLD_DUN01

Hi guys can anyone show me a config of a wizard to use storm gust and heaven's drive at gld_dun01? I tried watching some tutorials but I couldn't make it work. He never uses magics, I activated the option to warp when idle so he keeps warping the whole time even with monsters on his screen, monsters that he was attacking when attackUseWeapon was active. He doesn't uses magics
