OpenKore Todo

I was reading the OpenKore Todo, seeing there is a request for a guide for .fld files creation. I searched a li'l, and found this entry, from 2007, just by searching.
It seems to be pretty complete; this means the entry on the Todo should be removed, or what?
(i did not find a better section for documentation, wiki, etc.)
