monsterSkill block never works

[Liposo]

I'm on iRO Classic. The "monsterSkill" block will never work regardless how I set the condition.

Example:

monsterSkill Lex Aeterna {
	lvl 1
	sp > 10
	target Poring
	target_dist 9
	maxUses 1
}

This simple monsterSkill block never works. It won't use Lex Aeterna on Poring whether I set attackAuto to 0 or 2.
