Help with Unknown Packet 08B9/02EB

I'm playing private server right now and I want to have bot full buffer but I got this error and my bot and doesnt log in but when i bot in other servers using the same bot. there's no problem.

I always got this 08B9/02EB error

I'm trying to get the packet of this ro server but it seems protected,
Already tried 3 packet extractors I've seen in this forum but doesnt work. I have no Idea if im doing the right thing
Please im a total noob help me.
