Ragna13th can Bot or not?

I came across this new server, http://ragna13th.com/ and wanna bot on it. But the problem is im a noob, as in super noob when it comes to programming. I followed the steps on how to bot, but I can't even seem to get the required server type, Ip port, etc. using winstock or wireshark... I think the problem is the Gepard Shield they have. So, I wanna ask if it's possible to Bot on this server? Im willing to pay for a working Bot. I would gladly appreciate it if someone could get, the server name, port, master version, version number etc of this server for me... Thanks guys.
