Running openkore on a new desktop!

Hi! This is just a question out of nowhere, well i am working right now, and in my workplace we do have access to PC and internet(supra speed LOL), i just would like to ask IF openkore(my bot) will still connect even though the PC i am using at work doesnt have any RO related files/ client? I have tried copying my kore files from my desktop to the PC and it has an error that says

""couldn't connect: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host failed to respond. <error code 10060>"

I have looked at error code 10060 and says that it MIGHT be of different server info, but then this config this whole openkore im using works perfectly on my desktop at home. Is it because of the server of our workplace that limits us from accessing certain sites/ programs? Thanks for the information! :)
