How to NOT Pick Up "Fresh Octopus Leg"
No matter the variations in which I spell "Fresh Octopus Leg -1 0 0" in my 'pickupitems' control tab, the bots continue to pick up the legs. Anyone else have this problem?..how to fix? Thanks.

try set "ItemsGatherAuto" to 0
And always set what monster you want to attack in monsters.txt.
...or you can always manually update the item database in openkore folder.
