Vital RO Connectivity - server has denied your connection

The WPE login packet results are a bit odd. I have't encountered these before. I've been reading the connectivity guide and I think I am not getting the correct version and master_version. Could somebody please help?

My recvpackets is the one from PEEK. I think I need clientHash? But I can't find a post that shows how to get it. All posts, the helpers just give the hash..
