packet tokenizer: unknown switch

I have tried to look everywhere to try to fix this and i can't seem to find anything that works. my bot works fine for about a minute when i start it up but after he sits, it starts showing packet tokenizer unknown switch and then he just doesn't move anymore. i tried to download packet extractor but that doesn't work either. i might just not know what .exe file i have to extract but i tried all of them that were in my ragnarok folder.
