How to hold position while attacked

Hi guys,

I want to level my Homunculus, by mobbing enemies and letting him kill them, but the bot mob and mob without limits, so my char uses teleport when I have 20 creamys attacking me (great) so I want to know how to config the next situation:

My char attacks an enemy ONCE and stay there, so the homun get all the exp killing it.

Or if you know a better way to level my homun level 4... I'll appreciate it, cause he's too weak to engage the fights.
