Error with generating recvpackets.txt

I tried to generate recvpackets.txt by extracting Ragexe.exe with JCV's RO Tools v1.0.3 and i keep getting this error

Sorry I cant find the offset of the packet length function.
The executable file might be compressed/protected.

If anyone has a solution to this problem, it would be greatly appreciated. thank you

I also tried using PEEK and i get an error saying this
