Custom Field Error [use of uninitialized value]

Hi, I am getting an error after trying to move my character in a custom map that I have created. it is giving me the error below:

Use of uninitialized value in ord at src/Field.pm line 201.
Outside of string at src/Field.pm line 201.

I've followed the steps in the link below:

I've searched around and found only one thread with this kind of issue but there was no solution posted. I hope somebody could help me with this. I've attached a zip file containing the .rsw, .gat, and the .fld file that I created. If anyone would tell me why this is happening and how to fix this I would really appreciate it.
