Need help with Bot Talking to Npc

so i am currently botting on a privet server with healer/buff npc so i was trying to get my bot to talk to it when it was selling so i made this

sellAuto 1
sellAuto_npc izlude 125 118(healer/buffer), izlude 122 120 (vendor)
sellAuto_standpoint
sellAuto_distance 5

and i got it to talk to the healer/buffer and it got buffed and healed but it did not talk to the vendor and sell all the stuff.
so i realize that its not possible to make a "talking que" for the bot like this, so could someone with more extensive knowledge explain for me how its supposed to be done
or point me to the right chapter of the manual so i can read it my self. as I myself don't really know what i should cover to learn this.

Edit: Is it possible to ad a command to talk to a Npc after the auto sell action has been completed?

there is a plugin that does that. It's called autotalk plugin.
