Need help with a bot, buying and selling at an NPC [XileRO]

Hello all,

I am only here asking for some advice or maybe some code to help me get along. I have been using macro's and well, doing the job of buying and selling things myself however that can be somewhat of a bother considering it takes up my mouse and I would like to let it do what I'm doing normally whilst giving me the option to study and complete my work at the same time.

I can put in the npc's name and such I just need basic code to help with talking to npc's/buying from npc's and selling to npc's.
