Could do with some help [Auto buying and selling to NPC]

Hello all,

I have recently been getting back in to XileRO and I have been trying to find a bot to do the job/s in which I really don't like doing by hand, for me. I would like some help coding my bot to buy an item from an NPC and then sell it back to them. I figured I would have to use macros and possible get the openkore macro plugin however I really don't understand it reading so much information off of one wiki page. If someone could break it down and just explain the parts of code that i will need to create this macro then i would be very grateful.

cant you just you buyAuto and sellAuto which is standard of openkore config ? I think you don't need macro.
