Characters Not Showing Up

downloaded newest version of openkore. fresh out of package, i log in, log into my server, and bam. none of my characters are showing up. it only gives me the option to create new character. i dont understand how a fresh install of openkore can simply just not work. if anyone can help me out, thatd be great. my server is iRO's Chaos (its listed under loki on the menu)
