SIMPLE QUESTION to XCORE?

Hello

If i set XCORE to 1 or 3 it waits for client... why XCORE set to 2 connect itself and act like XCORE 0 ???

seems XKORE 1 or 3 don't work and XCORE 2 is bugged?
