manually setting a route/path within a map?

#1 Post by vera »

I've looked around the wiki/forums for answers to this, but can't find an answer. :( Sorry if this is a dumb question or if it has been asked before.

I'm botting on a maze-like map. There are several areas where huge clusters of monsters keep building up, because there are only bots on the map right now, and the bots avoid those areas (I guess because of the maze/walls stuff?).

Is there a way to set it up to send my bot to the areas where monsters build up, say, from Point A to Point B to Point C and then back again? Otherwise, because there are hardly any monsters on other areas of the map, I keep having to turn my AI off and manually clear, which is a pain! :( I was thinking about turning off the "avoid walls" option in config or whatever (I think there are a few similar options), but I don't want to come back and see my poor bot confused and stuck on a wall.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide :)

ETA: an example of how bad this is: when I am manually clearing, my time until next level is around 3.5 hours. When botting, it's about 24 hours. I'm hardly killing anything. :( :( :(
