Cant Reach or Damage Target (In-Depth)

So I would like to ask about when the bot "Cant react or damage target".
This happens to me often on dokebi's. I hunt them in gold room map (ordeal_1-1).

What I see in the console is that the bot doesnt switch to a new target, instead it goes back to the same target. Here is the console:

As you can see, kore first tried to attack Dokebi (11).
When the target is dropped, kore again attacks Dokebi (11).
As seen in the console, there are lots of other Dokebis which are nearby, but kore still doesnt switch target.
How do I fix this sirs?

One more thing, I tried running xkore 1 to further see whats happening. I observed that when my character goes through the "Cant reach or damage target" sequence, it first gets near the monster (about 1 block), walks back a few blocks (4 or 5), then walks back again near the monster. It keeps doing this until the monster moves position, after which my character will then start attacking.

I tweaked some things in the attack configuration, but it had the same problem even with the default configurations.

The value of 100 was the default, right?
Well as I indicated, the problem was already there from the start, with the default openkore config.
Will try to test it again at that value though, thanks.

Edit: I just tried it, still the same.

I can only think about 3 possible solutions.
1. Update to the latest OpenKore with default settings.
2. Update recvpackets
3. Problem in mon_control.txt
