WPE (Winsock Packet Editor) link HELP

i was trying to setup Openkore to work with a newly launched server "Ragnarok Online Iris" https://ragnarokonlineiris.com/ and i need Winsock Packet Editor to find the numbers that we need. Unfortunately, the link for WPE given in Connectivity guide is no longer working. I also tried Wireshark but the app looks different from the guide (probably because of updates and changes) so i couldnt figure it out no matter what i try.

I googled and download WPE instead, and after 2 attempts, my computer caught viruses, so.......

I would really appreciate any help here, either an updated reliable download link for WPE, or, best case scenario, an already working bot for the server itself. But of course im happy to figure it out myself. I just need a guaranteed working WPE, otherwise, my computer might start coughing COVID-20 if i try all the links that google give me.
