I've just finished high school and have a hell of a lot of time before uni opens so I was thinking it would be fun to help out with openkore however I can.
However I've got no programming experience at all and I've only done a few minor things like making websites out of PHP (very basic), HTML, set up my own RO server etc. But I have no idea where to start when it comes to real programming.....

So I was wondering if you guys could pinpoint me towards the programming languages I'd need to learn to get me started.

basically perl is the first language you should be familiar with and that the main aspect of development now is to do with the new AI.

you just need to stop trolling for/about your bot. its getting annoying to see most of your posts saying "erok this, erok that"

What's the difference between OpenKore and Erok?
Isn't it better to have everybody working with only 1 program?
So we can avoid things like, Openkore do this, but only Erok can do this...
