iRO: Classic attackSkillSlot's wont work tried "everything"

I've been ripping my hair off tryin to get my bot to use any skills whatsoever, i've tried different skills on different characters many or almost no conditions, tried to type the skill names different and everything but it just wont use skills. Everything else in my config file works from what i notices anyway. I tried to search for similar post here but with no success.
I've just started using openkore, but i did use it to great success a couple of years ago.
Please take a look and se if u can see something wrong.

This is my steal block right now but it have changed MANY times with distance and all the other conditions that are in the original block.

check your timeouts.txt in controls dir. Try to change skill delays ai.
Also try to update to the latest openkore version.
