[HELP]Can't extract Packet Prism RO

I used Packet Extractor V3 but still i got errors, "Unknown Packet 0069"
I can't also find the server type, it says the Exe is Write-Protected. I've used all the tools i can find in the Download Section,Connectivity Guide, and Google but still I can't Bot on this server. Please Help!
