Problem in responding in GM/POLICE "||00hi "

Hi i want to ask how to remove this " |00 "
example : GM : Hi ? bot?
BOT : |00 Hi , im not a bot...
The big problem is " |00 "
when my bot is responding to police and gm. I tried to change the server type and block size but still i didn't succeed . Glad some will help me here.
