Strike RO issues help pls

Good day to all I have some problem with my character regarding self skills like blessing and increase Agi. Whenever I use it manually it says "unable to use skills in 3 tries"

My server info is this

EDITED:OKAY I solved the skill problem issue but now whenever I use the "c" command in openkore which enables you to chat with other player it keeps on disconnecting. pls pls pls pls help T_T
