Cast delay

hello, i was in an old server where when openkore uses skills like double strafe and blessing and stuff, its cast delay is almost instant like ingame however in my new server for some reason openkore takes like 1.5-2seconds before casting the skills. how do i fix this? ingame doesnt have those cast delays just openkore being wierd.... and not all skills even coz acid demo works fine.
