Why can't i see the names of players?They show up as unknown

Not sure if this is where i put it but i need to know how i can fix this and have the names show up. any ideas?

Does this happen constantly or only once in a while?

Put your bot on manual and bring it to a crowded area (like Prontera), and check the player list.
If you can't get ANY names at all, you must have some error (maybe the Packet decoding is wrong).

However if you only get this problem once in a while, it may have to do with a bug. There is some kind of range issue where the bot can detect people/things/action at a far range, however you're not close enough to get the character's name. This has to do with the way the game is programmed. Like if you notice in the regular RO client, it is possible to see things on the corners of the screen (especially when you rotate the screen) but you do NOT see their name when you put the mouse over them.

i have this problem too! but sometimes the names show up and sometimes they dont even when they're right there
