Visualkore bug?

well everytime i try to log in to visualkore with my visualkore id and pass it just tells me Connection timed out
Socket error 10060
-firewall is blocking you(i turned all of them off and allowed visualkore)
-the activation server is down (?)

can someone help me with this? its VISUALKORE not openkore to be sure

could be his activation server is dead
