r7105 | Windows's default language is not supported

i got error when i typing any word on openkore console by using start.exe
i already change my default language to english US but still the same error
i think this is about start.exe compile problem because it works fine if i use openkore.pl tu run bot
regional and language setting :

in start.exe error :

but when i use directly from openkore.pl it works fine

sorry about that unknown, that map to much player bot taking time to get player information
